Meet Up On Line - Employment Relationships Q and A

We chat with Nicole Griffiths from Spice HR about how to go about setting up employment relationships in OSCAR. We'll cover some of the basics about casual vs permanent staff, leave entitlements and managing variable hours of work. Without getting too much into the weeds, we want you to help you get to know what you don't know and be asking the right questions, so as to set up your employees with positive and clear expectations.
There will be time for questions, but this session won't cover staff vetting and background checking - we only have an hour, so we want to focus on this less well-understood part of the employment process.
We'll send a link to eveyone registered on the morning of the session. The connection will be available from about 9.30 onwards.
