Behaviour guidance - five things to try instead of saying "don't" (25 minutes)

Some handy tips for responding to everyday behaviour problems in OSCAR. Helpful for new staff just getting into their role and also a good refresher for teams or to start a conversation about behaviour in your programme.

Cost $30-00 per programme site, available to OSCN members only  (membership is open to any OSCAR provider, $90 per year)

This gives you access to the course for four weeks. Watch as often as you like over that time. Staff can watch individually. We do not issue certificates for our on-demand courses.
