We'll discuss the common challenges we face when new staff first hit the floor and outline a simple progression of on-the-job learning. How to ensure important things are covered but avoiding overwhelm; things to watch out for and tips for tailoring your inductions to particular strengths of each new staff member. Like all our forums this will be a chance to ask questions and share ideas with other OSCAR people.
