Fee includes: morning tea on arrival, lunch, refreshments available throughout the day

All attendees pay for their own dinner/drinks - your booking is required here, to gauge numbers

This is an opportunity for OSCAR managers, owners and senior supervisors to connect and share knowledge and experience on a very practical level. 

Registrations are open now. We don't require any payment at this stage.

Details

There will be three sessions (workshops/facilitated discussions) with a choice of three topics in each session - these topics will be confirmed soon but will include: staff management, children's behaviour, finances, safety and programme supervision and programming trends.

• 9am start and fully wrapped by 3pm (workshops should wind up by 2)

• all session are facilitated/presented by OSCAR people, who will keep the discussions real, relevant and well-informed, with time to share ideas with other OSCAR people

• lunch break with relaxed networking time 

• $90 per person fee includes lunch and refreshments, excludes dinner

We will gather for drinks/nibbles/dinner from 5pm venue TBC. You can just drop by for drinks and nibbles or come for dinner as well. Either way, we'd like you to book with us here so we can give the restaurant an indication of numbers.

Out of Towners: in the afternoon from 3pm we will stay around the Meet Up venue and we can help with your arrangements to transition to your accommodation and the dinner venue.

Accommodation: Please indicate if you are considering staying in Hamilton and we will be in touch with options.

No payment is required for initial registration or a booking enquiry. Confirmation and more details are sent by email, once a booking has been made. We only charge for actual attendance at our events.
