This course serves as either new or refresher learning on safeguarding and child protection. It explores all aspects of OSCAR safeguarding from an organisational perspective, for those who have a leadership role and who may have to respond to child safety concerns. It covers similar topics to the course we offer for on-the-floor staff, so as to promote a common understanding and consistent practices. understanding and consistent practices.

• Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and impacts on development, health, and well-being

• Different types of harm, categories and possible indicators of abuse

• Promoting a safeguarding culture in your programme and organisation

This course is only available as a webinar.

Cost: $55.00 per person for OSCN members ($50-00 per person if 3 or more people attending) $90.00 per person for non-members
