About this course
What's the matter? - sorting out conflicts in OSCAR
Conflict is a normal part of life - especially in an environment full of children. This workshop starts by looking at boundaries and ways to get everyone "on the same page". It then moves on to explore approaches to conflict that are constructive and empowering for all involved.
We will work through practical case studies of situations between children and between staff, to identify practical problem-solving strategies. We see this as a core skill for OSCAR work that provides a firm foundation for a happier, less stressful programme.
This course is only available as an in-person workshop.
Cost: OSCN members: $65-00 per person, ($60-00 per person if more than 3 people attending.); non-members: $95-00 per person
A capped group fee will apply for in-house courses - please contact us for details.
No payment is required for initial registration or a booking enquiry. Confirmation and more details of the course are sent by email, once a booking has been made. We only charge for actual attendance at our courses.
